The service

Aplomb provides a guided self-assessment (the Map), a decision framework (the Matrix), and a small-group programme (the Circle). The Map is free to use without an account. The Circle is a paid, application-based programme with limited spots.

Who it's for

Aplomb is designed for adults navigating a professional or personal transition. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Your content

Anything you enter into the Map or share in the Circle belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your responses. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and process that data so we can deliver the service to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aplomb to harass, abuse, or share illegal content. Do not attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Circle or block access to the Map for behaviour that harms others or the service.

Payments and refunds

Circle fees are listed at the time of application. Full refund terms are shared in the onboarding materials. If you have questions before applying, contact us directly.

Intellectual property

The Map methodology, Matrix framework, Circle structure, and all written and visual content on this site are the intellectual property of Aplomb and its founder. You may not reproduce, resell, or represent them as your own work without written permission.

Disclaimer

Aplomb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Map, Matrix, or Circle. Your results depend on your own effort, context, and circumstances.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced by email or notice on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Barcelona.
